But What About My HOA?

December 19, 2014 Outdoor Living, Patio Design

RemodelFor many homeowners just the thought of dealing with a Home Owners Association (HOA) for a remodeling project invokes fear. Homeowners worry that they’ll find difficulty or denials when they work with the associations.

In the majority of areas where we build outdoor living spaces, homeowners live in areas governed by an HOA. The associations serve to set standards in the neighborhood to keep property values high and provide common resources to the neighborhood.

No fear; no headaches.

When you choose Texas Custom Patios to remodel your outdoor living space, our Project Developers handle all the headache of submissions and approvals with your HOA. Our Project Developers work with your HOAs on a regular basis, so we’re familiar with the process, the standards and the wait times. We confidently navigate the process for you, so you can avoid the fear and any headache with your HOA.

Skipping Stone 5034 IMG 15You’ve told us that your biggest concerns, as you consider building an outdoor living space, are construction quality and company integrity. We understand your concern. After all, a custom outdoor living space is no small investment. We know you want to not only see your outdoor living project through to completion, but you want to have peace of mind for years to come as you enjoy it. You want assurance that you can trust your contractor. With over 1,000 completed projects over more than 10 years here at Texas Custom Patios, we stand behind our work.

We do that by offering a warranty that sets us apart.

As a company, we have longevity and can back our work with a guarantee. In many cases, simply offering a warranty separates us from other outdoor living contractors. Take a look around. We are leaders in our industry in this. We offer a two-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Plus we offer a five-year warranty for structural components.

Our warranty is just one of many ways we offer peace of mind to homeowners who want to upgrade their outdoor style.
