We have plenty of backyard grilling time on our hands, so we are firing up the grill and taste testing for you each month… here are the recipes that tickled our tastebuds in September!

In Texas it’s all about the rodeo right now, Houston’s bulls are a buckin’, pigs are a squealin’, and the rest of us are eating! BBQ, fried Oreos, big-as-your-face cinnamon rolls… anything we can wrangle, we will eat! So for this month’s recipe of the month we thought we would do a rodeo version with Texas Beef Brisket, smoked coffee, deep fried cookie dough and more! These recipes will have you saying, “giddy up!”

We are very happy we chose Texas Custom Patios to build our dream patio/outdoor kitchen. Our project manager, Ryan, really listened to what we wanted and grasped our vision immediately. He was actively involved in the process from start to finish. Every question or concern was addressed immediately. We were part of every decision along the way, and were pleased with the flexibility of the process. Ryan had a positive “can do” attitude that was much appreciated through out. The various work crews were professional and always left the work site as clean as possible at the end of the day. The final product is absolutely breathtaking!
