Set A Star Spangled Mood with Fourth of July Party Decor
What so proudly we hailed at the twilights’ last gleaming
Take into consideration that, for most Fourth of July celebrations, the party continues from daylight picnics to nighttime fireworks. As you’re planning your decorations, you’ll want to highlight the colors for daylight hours and lighting for after dark. Choose a patriotic hand-painted American flag for your focal point. Consider a spotlight for the evening hours or hang string lights nearby to showcase the flag at twilight.

And the rockets’ red glare
Here’s a no fuss centerpiece for your patio table that really shows off once the sun goes down. Add a few floral sprigs to give color and texture during the day. Collect a variety of bottles and a handful of extra long sparklers. These are often used for weddings and they’ll burn for approximately 170 seconds. Gather all of these elements on a table runner and you’ve got a centerpiece that will light up the night!

Also, try hanging these DIY confetti popper rocket streamers from Alpha Mom around your patio for some daytime color and flourish. Even the littlest ones can help make this project!

Whose broad stripes and bright stars
This easy and refreshing fruit salad features bright stars cut from watermelon with star-shaped cookie cutters.

The bombs bursting in air
Flank steak pinwheels are bursting with flavor. Maybe it’s a stretch to say the round shape of the steaks is reminiscent of those mortars shot up in the sky, but it’s grilled beef, so maybe you’ll just go with me on this.

Oh, say does that star spangled banner yet wave
There are so many great ways and flavors to incorporate the colors of the holiday in your Fourth of July spread. Try this patriotic take on a Texas tradition, salsa! Be sure to assemble it at the last minute to keep the colors separate.

Have a safe and happy Independence Day with your loved ones!
