Patio Cover Tie-in to the Breezeway

Does your home have a breezeway that you are not sure what, if anything, can be done? This is very common for us and with this home we tore the breezeway down and built the area into the covered patio to create one seamless roofline and ceiling finish. All the electrical that was routed through the breezeway was run though the attic space in the new roofline. Our goal is to always design and build to look original to the home. Normally it’s best to tear down the existing breezeway and rebuild that space into the new patio cover.
