The ceiling is finished out with Real Soffit pre-stained tongue and groove in West Coast IPA. The columns between the screens are painted smooth hardie plank in a color chosen by the homeowner to create the look she desired. The flooring is Absolute Slate Gray 12×24 porcelain tiles from QDI Surfaces.
We had very high expectations when Texas Custom Patios began construction on our back patio space. Because our roofline has a steep pitch and the odd location of our chimney, we were concerned about whether the addition would flow seamlessly with the rest of the roofline.
