The space has large fans to keep the space cooler when it’s hot as well as Bromic heaters to keep the space warmer during the cooler times of the year.
The ceiling is pre-stained tongue and groove by Woodtone in Smokey Bourbon. The flooring is a concrete with a spray deck finish.
We were incredibly pleased with Texas Custom Patios. Jeremy did an amazing job of keeping us informed, and the job was pretty much completed in the time he said. The workmanship was great and our patio looks like it was part of the original house design. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done. Well worth the money we spent and we were pleasantly surprised that it was less than we thought it would be.
