This home on a cul-de-sac had a large backyard with a ton of unused space. They had a pool and a small covered patio off the back of the house, but wanted more covered space, a storage area and an outdoor bathroom.
As you can see there is a blank slate to work with on the side of the home. With the pool already there, TCP was able to create an outdoor living space that blended perfectly with the existing outdoor amenities.
The entire roof is about 540SF, but that includes the storage closet and bathroom. The open area has a built in bar top dining table and an outdoor kitchen along the back wall. It has all the necessary appliances – a large griddle, sink, storage, fridge and a kegorator. All appliances are from Cunningham Gas Living and the griddle is a Le Griddle – perfect for everything you want to cook outdoors. The granite is Cosmic Black from Allied Stone with Rockmount Iceland Gray Panels on the kitchen and island fascia.
A necessity for any outdoor gathering of fans! This one has 2 spouts and is just perfect for game time.
Relaxing in a hammock swing by the pool – what more do you want? The vaulted ceiling is a pre-stained tongue and groove from Woodtone. The flooring is from CG Paving – Belgard Melville Plank Pavers to match what was installed around the pool.
An outdoor bathroom and shower was added to the back of the space. The space has a barn door. We created an outdoor shower on one side along with a vanity. The other side has a urinal and toilet – definitely a must for a house full of boys!
The storage closet is there on the side of the space with the bathroom around the back. The family still has plenty of room for soccer practice and other yard activities. The perfect space for friends and family to gather.
Texas Custom Patios did an outstanding job. Justin came to my house and I explained to him what I wished to do, then came back and visited with me for the estimate. He presented to me a folder with a rendered photos of what the new patio cover would look like. I was amazed that he drew exactly what I was thinking about. He was very keen to accommodate all my requests, even taking over the pool coping job, which they usually don’t do, but did an awesome job. I contacted another company to get a different quote, but fortunately they were more expensive and far less professional. TCP was very diligent to make sure that my back yard still looked good through the job. The cover was done fast and professionally, and Justin always went that extra yard. I was really lucky that I contacted Texas Custom Patios. Highly recommended!
