This older home in the Heights area of Houston had a small deck off the back that had served its purpose and the homeowner was ready for a brand new look.
This home had a small backyard with a pool and the homeowner desired a space that would allow for room to entertain and enjoy the outdoors.
A cozy space was created off to the side of the home to give the homeowners a space to enjoy their pool and backyard.
The homeowner wanted to build an outdoor living room that blended with the neighborhood’s strict guidelines per Historic District requirements in the Historic Heights area of Houston.
I totally love our transformed backyard, which faces west and is consequently quite hot in the summer; the table umbrella just didn’t do much. Now we have a better patio, much more sophisticated looking and professionally done to match the existing house so it looks like it was always there. Great job!
