October Project of the Month

October 31, 2012 Patio Design, Project of the Month
This month’s project in Richmond takes advantage of the home’s acreage – a total space of 18′ x 41′ under the patio cover and some additional patio space outside the cover.
The project includes a gas-log fireplace that can be lit by remote control; a wood-burning firepit; and a sizeable outdoor kitchen with tons of built-in seating. The pine ceiling and cedar trim are both stained with a Cabot Heartwood stain, providing a contrasting darker color on the trim. The stamped overlay is a Roman Slate pattern with a Texas Star in the walkway to the gate.
Electrical wiring is included, with recessed can lights on a dimmer switch, under-counter lights on the kitchen, carriage lights on the columns, and coax for TV and speakers.
The homeowner did a great job of furnishing and tastefully decorating the patio!

Our Customers Love Us

Ryan, our project manager, was both attentive and patient with every request, question, and concern that we raised at any point throughout the duration of the project. He was always a phone call or text away, responding every time in an impressively timely manner. He listened to and accommodated our requests, but he also offered suggestions to broaden our imaginations as to what we could create with simple adjustments to our design.
