The bathroom area is accessible from the outside as well, for use by swimmers during the swim season or guests while entertaining in the outdoor living space that is connected. It is equipped with an instant hot water heater and a 1 ton air conditioning unit.
I totally love our transformed backyard, which faces west and is consequently quite hot in the summer; the table umbrella just didn’t do much. Now we have a better patio, much more sophisticated looking and professionally done to match the existing house so it looks like it was always there. Great job!
