As you can see from the before picture, we did some demo work to remove an existing patio, planters and a pond. The new space consists of 900 SF of patio area . There is 650 SF of covered space that consists of a larger living area attached to the home with a breezeway as well as a smaller covered area for the outdoor kitchen.
We worked with Mark, who came to us with plans and fully explained the costs, materials, timeline, and talked about the construction methods. The project was well organized, with a new crew arriving once each stage of construction was completed. I kept a photo record of it, which was fun and friends are wowed by the timeline.
