This project consisted of putting in the pool and building the patio cover, outdoor kitchen and fire pit area.
This space was designed to create a nice relaxing area for the family to hang out. Coffered ceiling painted to match the home presents nice clean lines.
We built the patio cover right off the back of the home with easy access to the kitchen and indoor living room. Clean lines match the style of the home. The columns were wrapped with hardie and trimmed out.
We created a pool with a spa in a contemporary style. Simple, yet elegant… full of fun for the family. The pool coping is dark gray porcelain tile with white subway water line tile.
This outdoor kitchen is small but very functional. An RCS grill with storage underneath and a fridge off to the side to keep the drinks cool. There is plenty of counter area for prepping the food. The counter is a ceramic one in a solid gray color. The flooring is concrete with a spray decking that extends all around the pool.
What is more perfect than a gas fire pit to sit around on a chilly evening and roast marshmallows? The homeowner entertains and wanted a space to sit out and enjoy the evenings even when the temperature goes down. The benches have a tile seat and epi wood back.
I am beyond impressed with the quality of the materials, the sub-contractors hired, and the overall final appearance of this project. This was our first experience with a contractor/home improvement project (beyond changing out shower heads, etc.), and I must admit that I am a little terrified to tackle anything else… I have been spoiled by Texas Custom Patios. Thanks, guys!
