A 450 SF patio cover was added to this home along with a master closet and bathroom addition. This new space gave the homeowner a perfect backyard.
The addition of a new master closet and bathroom as well as a pool access bathroom was part of project we built for this homeowner. Construction began on the room addition before we started on the patio cover.
The new bathroom has access to the pool. It is equipped with a shower for cleaning up after swimming.
The new patio cover is 450SF with a vaulted ceiling with 1×6 stained cedar tongue and groove with deco beams. Pella doors and windows were used to replace French doors that needed to be relocated. The original siding was replaced with brick to give the homeowner the look they desired.
3 Bromic heaters were added to keep the space nice and warm on colder days and nights.
A 14 linear foot kitchen was added with a 38″ RCS grill, storage doors and drawers, and venthood. It has a granite counter and backsplash and is faced with old Texas brick.
The flooring is travertine tile from Daltile. A mosquito misting system was also installed by Bug Defence.
We worked with Mark, who came to us with plans and fully explained the costs, materials, timeline, and talked about the construction methods. The project was well organized, with a new crew arriving once each stage of construction was completed. I kept a photo record of it, which was fun and friends are wowed by the timeline. I completely recommend Texas Custom Patios.
