This homeowner purchased a new home and wanted to remodel before they moved in. Their wish was to create a complete outdoor living area that included shade, an outdoor kitchen, and a pool. We built the outdoor living space in conjunction with the pool build.

This new space gave the homeowner everything they envisioned. A nice area for hanging out along with a great outdoor kitchen.
The gabled roof with cream colored stacked stone from MSI Stone on the kitchen and columns complements the red brick nicely.
This patio cover is just a step up from the pool area — we installed low voltage step lights.
The flooring is a travertine paver from QDI Stone in Ivory.
The kitchen is stunning! Appliances are from Cunningham Living – a fridge, storage, RCS grill, vent hood and a dropped area for a ceramic smoker. The granite is from Allied Stone, Inc.
Adding to the overall feel is the prestained tongue and groove ceiling from Woodtone. Dark stained beams are a nice finishing touch. A great space to allow the family to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.
We couldn’t be more pleased with Texas Custom Patios and Steven. We have completed two projects with them. We are enjoying our extended patio and our fireplace that they rebuilt.
