This beautiful outdoor living space was in the works for several years.
The home had a small covered space that was not what the family wanted and needed. We added an addition 310 SF of concrete and covered patio to match the original roof line of the home.
The fireplace was built with wood holders and a reclaimed beam as the mantle. Low voltage lighting was installed to accent the large hearth that also serves as a seat wall.
A privacy wall of stained shiplap is the perfect backdrop for the EVO 30″ ceramic top griddle. The wood counter is a great accent to the other aspects of the project.
Brick to match the home was used on the new columns as well as cedar wrapped posts. The flooring is a stained stamped concrete without a pattern.
Such a calming area to have for entertaining outside.
I am beyond impressed with the quality of the materials, the sub-contractors hired, and the overall final appearance of this project. This was our first experience with a contractor/home improvement project (beyond changing out shower heads, etc.), and I must admit that I am a little terrified to tackle anything else… I have been spoiled by Texas Custom Patios. Thanks, guys!
