This older home got a great face lift with the addition of an outdoor living room. The home had a pool with a wooden deck and pergola for the hot tub along with a concrete patio just outside the door. The outdoor space we added has created the perfect area for entertaining and enjoying the backyard.
Here is the home before we added the patio cover and outdoor kitchen. A small tree and flower bed had to be removed in order to build the cover. There just was not any shade for the family as they used the pool.
we added a gable-style roof to the home – adding siding to the upper wall area where we tied into the roof line. The space is about 300 SF, which gives the homeowner plenty of room to hang out and watch the big game.
The outdoor kitchen is set up with a grill, storage, ice maker and fridge. There is plenty of counter space and the bar top provides space to sit and have a burger. The fascia is thermal treated ash and really makes the white granite on the counter pop.
This outdoor space flows seamlessly from the indoors. We replaced the French doors with an upgraded sliding door and installed new windows along the sides of the door and in the outdoor kitchen area. The homeowner now has a space that allows them to enjoy the pool and sit comfortably outdoors.
We are extremely pleased with the work completed by Texas Custom Patios. Quality of the project was kept at the highest standard and not compromised over schedule. Our project manager, Ryan, did an amazing job and was calm, cool, and in control during all stages of the project. He informed us about each stage of the project and was available during all stages of the project. Last and most important that is novelty in this era is warranty support after project completion. This company rocks and delivers on its commitment. I had to call Texas Custom Patios for a minor warranty support. My request was handled immediately and problem was fixed in no time. I would give Texas Custom Patios and my project manager Ryan a five star rating. Great job and Thank you.
