This great Memorial area outdoor living space is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy family and friends. The remodeled garage turned into a mancave is a bonus!
Here is what the home looked like before we worked our magic.
The home had a narrow breezeway that was removed and a wider one was built to add additional outdoor living space.
The garage was not being used for cars, so it was redone to be a mancave. The concrete floor was stained and reclaimed cedar was used to accent the walls. It is the perfect space to watch the big game.
The patio cover was built off the garage. The 500 SF covered area gives the homeowner plenty of space. The dining area is spacious and and set up for easy access to the main entrance to the house.
The large outdoor kitchen with RCS appliances and drystack stone and granite counter allows for the cook to prepare meals while still being a part of the fun.
The patio cover has a gabled area to add height to the project. The ceiling is finished with stained tongue and groove and has stained cedar beams. The project is wired with surround sound.
This shows the expanded breezeway and entrance to the manacle in this Memorial area outdoor living space.
Top notch company. This firm stands behind its work. We had a small issue with some cracks in our slab related to settling, and Ryan had someone out the day after my phone call. Upon inspection, we were presented with several options and the work was completed in a week. I cannot say enough good things about Texas Custom Patios and the quality of their work.
