This modern outdoor living room in the Memorial area of Houston provides the homeowner with 600 square feet of additional entertaining space at their home.
This Memorial area home had a very large backyard with plenty of space to create a wonderful outdoor living area.
The homeowner had a pool installed in conjunction to building the great patio cover. The view from the kitchen area is beautiful – allowing the homeowner to entertain and cook a delicious meal for their guests.
The ceiling is gorgeous – 1X4 pine tongue and groove, stained to the homeowners specifications. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Firemagic grill and storage. There is an over-sized composite sink and stainless fixtures.
This flooring is stained concrete including the black border that goes all around the edge. The homeowner chose stainless light fixtures and track lighting to keep the modern, simple look they desired.
Texas Custom Patios did an amazing job on our outdoor living space! Everything from the initial meeting to the finished product has been wonderful! Steven listened to our ideas, asked questions, and then came back to us with a design that was even better than we dreamed! The crews that came to work on our project were incredible.
