This home went from a small covered patio and deck to a large outdoor living room with a fireplace, kitchen and plenty of relaxing room.
This home was ready for a redo… they wanted a much larger space to spend time in their backyard.
We added a 1200 SF patio cover with lots of special touches to make for the perfect outdoor living room.
Has Santa arrived? This fireplace is an all masonry wood burning fireplace with a stone hearth and extended seating wall. The mantle is stained cedar and low-voltage lighting was installed all around the space.
The ceiling is a 1X6 pre-stained Texas Honey Brown tongue and groove from Woodtone. And all of the flooring is Ivory Beige Versailles pattern travertine from QDI.
The outdoor is kitchen is equipped with an RCS grill, outdoor fridge, a sink and plenty of storage. The granite is New Venetian Gold from MS International. The bar top island is perfect for serving a meal or for extra seating. This is truly a gourmet grillers dream outdoor kitchen.
The perfect way to keep out pesky bugs… motorized dropdown shades were installed. These screens help keep the area shaded when it is too sunny and helps protect the space a bit more from other elements. Bromic heaters were also installed to keep the space nice and warm.
And wait, there is more! A raised composite deck was build off the primary bedroom. Just the perfect way to finish off a long day.
This is decorated for Christmas, but it is now the go to space for all celebrations. With 2 living areas, a pool table, a dining area, a large kitchen and an open deck area with a hot tub… why would you ever go inside?
We couldn’t be more pleased with Texas Custom Patios and Steven. We have completed two projects with them. We are enjoying our extended patio and our fireplace that they rebuilt. The service and quality of their work was the best we have seen. We could always count on Steven to answer all our questions, return our phone calls, and show up on time. The finished results are more than we expected. We would recommend Texas Custom Patios and we will use them again for our next project.
