The challenge: to design a patio cover that looks like it belongs on the home with all of the different roof lines and elevations. The pool is a great amenity, but the afternoon sun was making the area unusable.
The new patio cover looks like it has always been there. A small existing cover on the left side was updated to match the new space.
The ceilings not only make the space feel bigger, but allow light to still come in through the transom windows.
A roof with an attractive pitch, and brick columns that match the house make the patio cover look like it belongs on the home.
I am beyond impressed with the quality of the materials, the sub-contractors hired, and the overall final appearance of this project. This was our first experience with a contractor/home improvement project (beyond changing out shower heads, etc.), and I must admit that I am a little terrified to tackle anything else… I have been spoiled by Texas Custom Patios. Thanks, guys!
