The outdated pergola on this home was not what the homeowners desired. TCP extended the patio with a patio cover and built an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The new space also provided room for a hot tub.

New patio cover in Lewisville

Before
TCP removed the old pergola and built a wrap-around patio cover due to property constraints.
The new 535 SF space allows seating in front of the fireplace, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen.
The walnut brushed and chiseled travertine tile in a Versailles pattern complements the dark stained ceiling.
The stone fireplace with gas logs and a Hemlock mantle is the patio’s focal point.

The fireplace’s extended hearth runs along the back and side for definition.
