A spacious modern outdoor living room with a lower level patio and outdoor kitchen was added to this Bellaire home. It was seamlessly added and looks like it was built when the home was built.
This is a newly built home that had a small patio cover off the back.
We added an additional total of 900 SF to this home’s outdoor living space. The new covered area is now large enough to host family and friends. The ceiling is 12 feet high and really extends and opens up the entire space.
The ceiling has a stained tongue & groove finish with stucco beams. The stucco beams match the columns and skirt walls of the patio cover which of course match the rest of the home making this addition look original to the home.
The beautiful travertine tile floor with the curved outer edge is a great way to add a few more square feet. The railing was custom made to fit this space specifically. The indirect lighting under the bar adds a soft touch and allows for various lighting options.
The lower level patio is the same travertine but in pavers. This space creates a nice area for using the Green Egg and having additional space to spread out.
This simple L shaped kitchen has everything you need for outdoor grilling. An RCS Cutlass Pro II Grill with a side burner and small sink. Limited storage is all that is needed to keep the essential tools outdoors. Beautiful white granite with white stacked stone fascia gives this outdoor kitchen a very clean look.
This patio cover/outdoor living space is perfectly set up for entertaining. With the kitchen off to the side, a seating area near the house and a spacious dining area out by yard. There is plenty of room to move around.
In the past, we have had some problems with contractors. What they say and what they do are two different things. Not so with Texas Custom Patios. We knew what was going to happen, and when, and just as advertised, it happened. In three weeks, we had a 300 square foot addition to our house. We now have an outdoor media room and outdoor dining room and we LOVE IT.
