You definitely lived up to your name Texas Custom Patios. Our specific customization requests have been promptly addressed, and TCP actively contributed to the design process. We had a general idea of the patio, but you made it a lot more functional and pretty. Despite making significant investment, this would have easily turn out a disaster project. Here are some examples.

I thought circular balcony columns would be better. You suggested stone and took away already ordered columns from my patio. Changed the project direction without hesitation. Stone bricks turned out beautiful. Most companies would have proceeded with the circulars without considering the overall project.
I was on a different path on the kitchen design. You made excellent suggestions based on your experience to created a more functional and better looking kitchen.

You suggested to change the ceiling cover to wood. It was expensive, but the dramatic effect is well worth the investment.

I also want to highlight a few more incidences that would separate you from other contractors I dealt with in the past.
One of your crew knocked down the mail post of my neighbor while backing his truck. Neighbor complained. Steven inspected the problem. The mailbox was fixed the next day to my neighbor’s satisfaction. I did not have any inconvenience with my neighbor or with TCP over this incident.

When initially installed, balcony rails were functional but may not be as safe/secure as they can be. TCP noticed the situation and fixed the problem right away. This would have been missed or ignored by other contractors. I can add more examples to these points. More importantly, Steven and his team was always courteous through entire project. All my requests have been met without giving me hustle. The process was very simple. Steven told me what is going to happen and when, and job is executed accordingly. I will upload pictures to your website, including night pictures. Lights turned out really nice as well.

I highly recommend TCP anybody with a custom Patio project. Please do not hesitate to use me as reference.
